On Monster Help Day, AOLers worldwide take time outside the office to help their communities. We also get 2 additional days to volunteer to any charity or cause of our choice. In fact, it’s one of our core values. We’re proud to be part of a team that spends over 22,000 hours per year volunteering in cities and towns all around the world. And we make it as easy as possible with matching grants, days off to engage in charitable endeavors, and a central hub to make donations to disaster relief efforts around the globe.
